A Cookie worth Baking!
Healthy Ingredients make for a Healthy Cookie
3 Mashed Bananas, riper is sweeter
2 C Rolled Oats, gluten free if needed
1/3 C Coconut Oil, liquid (above 75 degrees)
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla
1 C Combination *Chopped Dates or Figs
Mix all ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes.
Drop off spoon onto un-greased cookie sheet
Bake @350 for 15 to 20 Minutes
Yields 24 Cookies
*You can adjust your Cup Of Combination ingredients to your liking…Just remember, the Healthier the better…Nourishment in Cookie form…Doesn’t get any better than that!
